Byron Bay KidzKlub, the specialists in kids’ entertainment and child-minding, will be on-site @ EVOLVE Arts Festival.

There will be a child safe area allocated to our young festival goers which will be an area for parents and children to relax and play.

Parent’s Room - Free, Free, Free
|

KidzKlub will provide a wonderful Parent’s Room decked out by Cush Cush Comfort. This room is specifically for those festival goers who bring their little ones. A lovely lounge area for breast feeding mums to relax, area to rest, feed, change and play with your child in peace and comfort.

KidzKlub Artzhouse - 11.30am – 8pm
|
|
This tent is for those children (& parents) who love to unleash their creative side. Art and craft activities on offer, clay modeling, painting, beading, drawing, stamping, wire sculpture, stenciling and face painting. Other activities, houla hoops, table soccer, construction kits, dress up & dramatic play area.
Workshops – Juggling, make your own juggling balls and learn to juggle.
The KidzKlub Artzhouse will run from midday till 8pm. There is a one off entry fee of $10 per child, with unlimited access. Parental supervision is required.

KidzKlub NiteCrèche - 8pm - midnight
|
|
The KidzKlub NiteCrèche will operate from 8pm through to midnight.
Run by our fantastic team of carers, this fabulously equipped, fully secured facility enables parents to enjoy some adult time while their children are having fun in a safe, high quality care environment.
This service is suitable for children from 3 years up to 13 years of age.
The NiteCrèche will include quiet activities, board games, giant pillows & books. Movies will be on offer allowing children to unwind and relax.

Byron Bay KidzKlub prides themselves in offering premium quality care which in a festival situation extends way past basic needs. Due to the nature of such a large event many child protection and ethical issues need to be addressed. The following strategies will ensure safety and wellbeing for all children and adults using our facility.

Parent/guardian will be informed by a staff member of the following rules:

- Parent/guardian must read and sign registration form in the presence of staff member.
|
|
- Parent/guardian must remain contactable at all times (mobile).
|
|
- Parent/guardian must give alternative contact number at festival ie. friend/partner and an emergency contact number outside Festival
|
|
- The same parent/guardian must return to collect their child. Children will not be released to anyone else.
|
|
- Two hour maximum stay – parent/guardian can sign their children in again after having a food break with their child. This ensures children are not left at our facility for extended periods of time without food.
|
|
- KidzKlub staff can refuse a second booking at their own discretion.
|
|
- A Security Guard will be at close call.
|
|
All KidzKlub staff have had the appropriate “Working With Children” background checks completed.
